How can I place an order?

How do I cancel my order?
Unshipped items may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
When will I receive my order?
You will receive order confirmation once the item has been purchased. Most items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after your order has been placed. You will be notified when the item ships. A tracking number will be provided to you.
Pre-Order items will be shipped out by May 11th 2020 latest. Items may be shipped out sooner as they are made to order.
If your package is returned to our shipment centre due to an address error we will contact you to confirm your address via email. If we do not receive a response within 10 business days your order will be refunded.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You will receive a confirmation email after a purchase is made. They can be made by emailing your changes to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What are the international shipping rates that I have to pay?
International shipping rates, taxes, etc. are calculated at checkout and are based on the state or province from which you order. All items will receive tracking numbers.

I am located in Chatham-Kent, Ontario Canada.
How do I make sure I order the right size?
Each item will have a sizing guide to assist you in ordering the correct size.
How will I know if my item is out of stock?
If an item is no longer in stock it will be listed as “out of stock”.
If the item you have ordered has run out of stock after your order has been placed we will contact you via email in regards to exchange for an item of equal value or a refund. If we do not receive a response within 10 days your order will be refunded minus the shipping costs.
The item I am looking for is out of stock. How can I be notified when the item comes back in stock?
All stock available will be listed on the website. If you are looking for something that is not currently in stock please email the item specifications and we can notify you when the item comes back in stock.
What if the item I received is not the item I ordered?
If the incorrect item has been sent to you please provide photographic evidence and we will compare the item with the order that was placed in our system. If an incorrect item was shipped a return label will be emailed to you. When we receive the returned item a replacement item will be sent.
What if item(s) arrive damaged?
If your order arrives damaged photographic evidence will need to be sent to email@example.com. Once received you will be issued a return label via email. When we have received the damaged item(s) you will be provided with a replacement.
We are not responsible for any damage to items once they have been washed or worn.
